Stansbury's Point on said Back River, and to that part of
Seneca River and Seneca Creek, lying west of a line drawn
from Gun Point on the north to Flying Point on the south side
of said creek, and that part of Sue's Creek, tributary of said
Middle River, southwest of a line drawn from the northeast-
ernmost point on "Sue's Island" to Turkey Point.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful for
any person or persons to catch or take, or attempt to catch or
take, fish by gigging or spearing with a gig or gigs, spear or
spears, in the waters of Back River. Seneca Creek, Seneca
River, Salt Petre River and Middle River and their tributaries
in Baltimore County at any time during the year, and any
person who shall catch or take, or attempt to catch or take, fish
in said waters with a gig or gigs, spear or spears, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereon
shall be fined not less than ten dollars, nor more than thirty
dollars, for each and every offense; one-third of said fine to be
paid to the informer, one-third to the constable or other officer
making the arrest, and the balance to the treasurer of the
Board of County School Commissioners of Baltimore County.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on and after June 1st, 1916.

CHAPTER 145.

AN ACT to prohibit the sale, manufacture for sale, and trans-
portation for sale of alcoholic, spirituous, vinous, malt and
intoxicating liquors in Sandy Hook District, being Election
District No. 11, in Washington County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall be unlawful for any person, persons,
or social club, firm or corporation to manufacture for sale,
sell or purchase for sale, transport for sale, dispense, or other-
wise dispose of, any alcoholic, spirituous, vinous, fermented,
distilled or malt liquors or intoxicating bitters or liquid mix-
tures or preparations, whether patented or not, within the
limits of Sandy Hook District, being Election District No. 11,
in Washington County, Maryland, except for medicinal, phar-
maceutical, scientific, sacramental, or mechanical purposes;
