1344 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 658

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sum of Six Thousand One Hundred and
Ninety-five ($6, 195) Dollars be and the same hereby is appro-
priated to pay the judgments rendered by the Circuit Court
for Calvert County, at the January, 1916, term of said Court,
in the proceedings there instituted, under the Article and Sec-
tion above mentioned, for the condemnation of the areas or lots
under oyster leases to the parties hereinafter named, the said
parties, together with the judgments rendered in favor of each,
the same aggregating Six Thousand One Hundred and Ninety-
five ($6, 195) Dollars, being as follows:
Nathaniel W. Brome for 30 acres, the sum awarded

him................................... $300

Margaret R. Brome for 30 acres, the sum awarded her 300
James R. Breeden for 30 acres, the sum awarded him. 267. 50
Richard B. Breeden for 30 acres, the sum awarded

him................................... 267. 50

John W. Bluntt for 30 acres, the sum awarded him.. 267. 50
Edward Quarles for 26 1/2 acres, the sum awarded him. 900
Frank H. Fulford for 15 1/2 acres, the sum awarded

him................................... 748

A. M. Fulford, Jr., for 29 acres, the sum awarded him 900
B. Parran Duke for 5 acres, the sum awarded him.... 100

J. Harry Hammett for 8 1/2 acres, the sum awarded

him................................... 300

H. M. C. Bond for 10 acres, the sum awarded him... 250
Harry C. Bond for 10 acres, the sum awarded him... 250
Thomas B. Gourley for 6 acres, the sum awarded him. 444. 50

$6, 195. 00

The Treasurer of the State is hereby authorized and directed,
upon the warrant of the Comptroller, to pay to each of the
above-named parties the amount of the judgment so rendered
in favor of each, respectively.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of June, 1916.

Approved April 18th, 1916.
