last will and testament of William Wallace Spence, deceased,

testament being of record in Liber H. W. J. No. 122 folio 201
of the Wills Records of Baltimore City.
71. to the bequest of $100. - contained in the last will and
testament of Mary Loretta Hunter, late of the City of Balti-
more, in the State of Maryland, deceased, to St. Ignatius
Roman Catholic Church.
72. to the lease by the Canton Company of Baltimore to
the Mount Ararat Baptist Church of Canton, Baltimore
County, a body corporate, dated December 23, 1915, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber
W. P. C. No. 456 folio 309, etc., and to the holding by said
lessee of the property therein described.

of William Shull, late of Washington County, deceased, of one-

of Frisby Doub, late of Washington County, deceased, of the
sum of $1500. -, to the Officers of "St. Peter's Evangelical Lu-
theran Church of Keedysville, Washington County, Mary-
land", to hold the principal and to invest and re-invest the
same, and to use the income therefrom toward the payment of
the salary of the pastor of the said church, whoever he may be,
and for no other purpose; said will being recorded in Will
Book "M" folio 124, one of the record books in the office of the
Register of Wills for Washington County, Maryland.
75. to the legacy of $500. - to the Trustees of the Church of
God of Warfieldsburg, of Carroll County, Maryland, contained
in the last will and testament of Alexander Carr, late of said
County, deceased, which last will and testament is dated April
22, 1905, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
said County in Will Record Book J. J. S. No. 10 folio 1, etc.
