1264 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 598

(b) to the bequest of |5000. - remaining after the payment
of the legacy thereinbefore provided, unto Sidney S. Hulbert,
pastor of St. Mary's Parish of the Roman Catholic Church at
Hagerstown, and to his duly constituted successor or successors
as pastor of said parish, in trust to have, hold, manage and con-
trol the same for the period of twenty years,, or until a new
church building shall sooner be in course of construction, which-
ever shall first occur, and during said period of time, to invest
and reinvest the same, and also the net annual income derived
therefrom, and to pay at the time said new church shall be in
course of construction, and during said period of twenty years
the principal sum bequeathed and all the net income accrued
thereon, to the duly constituted authorities of said church
having the construction of said new church building in charge,
and in the event that said new church building shall not be
built, within said period of twenty years, then said trust shall
cease and determine; in the event that for any reason the trust
created shall fail of effect and not be executed in conformity
with the provisions thereof, or shall cease and determine, as
above provided, the said sum of five thousand dollars shall be-
come part of the rest and residue of testatrix's estate; said will
being recorded in will book "M" folio 79, one of the record
books in the office of the Register of Wills for Washington
County, Maryland.

68. to the gift and bequest of the sum of five hundred dol-
lars to "The Board of Trustees of Taylor's Chapel in Baltimore
County", a body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws
of this State, to invest the same securely and apply the income
therefrom to the maintenance and care of the two family lots
of the Taylor Family in the burying-ground attached to Tay-
lor Chapel, to wit, the Joseph Taylor lot and the Elisha Taylor
lot, by Sarah R. Taylor, now deceased, by item 1 of her last
will and testament, dated August 22, 1908, and by the codicil
to said last will and testament, dated May 13, 1913, which
will and codicil are recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore County in Liber W. J. P. No. 18 folio 304,
etc. "Wills", and that said sum of five hundred dollars so
given and bequeathed vest in said "The Board of Trustees of
Taylor's Chapel in Baltimore County", absolutely for the pur
poses and pursuant to the tenor and in accordance with the
intent of said will, testament and codicil.

69. to the devise and bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Eliza L. J. Waltz, late of Washington County,
deceased, of the rest and residue of her estate to the trustee of
the German Baptist Brethren Church of Hagerstown, Mary-
land, to be used and expended by said Trustees for the benefit
of said Church; said will being recorded in Will Book "M",
