66. to the gifts and bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Annie M. Brooks, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
which last will and testament was admitted to probate in the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, November 5, 1914, and is
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for said City in
Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 119 folio 252, etc. as follows: )
(a) to the Reverend Leonard J. Ripple, the sum of $1000.
(b) to the House of Good Shepherd, Mount and Hollins
Streets, Baltimore, the sum of $1000. -. ;
(c) to St. Anthony of Padua Orphan Asylum, North Cen-
tral Avenue, Baltimore, the sum of f 1000. -. ;
(d) to the Exeter Street Rescue Home for Women, for-
merly known as the Home for Fallen and Friendless Women,
No. 5 North Exeter Street, Baltimore, the sum of $1000. -. i
(e) to St. Vincent Male Orphan Asylum, York Turnpike
Road, Baltimore, the sum of $1000. -.
(f) to Michael A. McCormick and the Safe Deposit Com-
pany of Baltimore, trustee, the net proceeds' of the sale of the
leasehold property No. 1032 North Eden Street, Baltimore;
a mortgage on the leasehold property No. 1211 Ashland Ave-
nue; the leasehold property No. 1009 and 1011 East Biddle
Street and 1221 Ensor Street, the fee simple property No. 1116
and 1118 Ensor Street; and the reversions issuing out of lots
1952 and 1954 Walbrook Avenue—lots 1112 and 1114 Woodley
Street, lots Nos. 1729 Lamont Avenue and lot 2014 Harlem
Avenue. In trust to collect the interest and the rents issuing
from said property, and to pay in monthly instalments the net
proceeds thereof to Samuel H. Brooks for and during the term
of his natural life, and after his death to convert the said prop-
erty into cash and divide the said proceeds equally, share and
share alike, amongst the House of Good Shepherd, Mount and
Hollins Streets, Baltimore, known as the House of Good Shep-
herd of the City of Baltimore, St. Vincent Infant Asylum, on
Division Street, known as St. Vincent's Infant Asylum of Balti-
more City, the Roman Catholic Colored Asylum and Orphanage,
Chase Street, Baltimore, known as the Oblate Sisters of Provi-
dence, incorporated under the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1867, Chapter 212, and the House of Good Shep-
herd, Calverton, Baltimore, known as the House of Good Shep-
herd for Colored Girls of the City of Baltimore.
67. to the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Sarah J. P. Cushwa, late of Washington County,
deceased:
(a) to the bequest of $500. - to the resident Pastor, who at
the time of the testatrix's death shall be in regular charge at
St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Hagerstown, to be expended
by him in masses for the repose of the soul of her late husband,
Thomas Benton Cushwa, and of herself; and
