1262 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 598

(1) to the St. Vincent Infant Asylum, located at Division
and Mosher Streets, in the City of Baltimore, the sum of $300. -
absolutely.

(m) to James Cardinal Gibbons, the Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, the sum of $300. -
absolutely.

(n) to James Cardinal Gibbons, the Roman Catholic Arch-
bishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, the sum of $300. - to be
given to needy priests.

(o) to the Immigrants and Sailors Protective Association of
Baltimore City, the sum of $300. - absolutely.
(p) to St Raphael Institute of Providence of Baltimore City
the sum of $300. - absolutely.

(q) to "The Redemptorists" for the use of the Sacred Heart
Parochial School of Highlandtown, Baltimore County, the sum
of $300. -absolutely.

(r) to the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Baltimore City the
sum of $200. - absolutely.

65. to the sale, grant and deed of three certain lots of
ground and the improvements thereon in the City of Baltimore
to the trustees of the Anshe Niesen Hebrew Congregation of
Baltimore City, a body corporate, duly incorporated under the
laws of the State of Maryland, by the Trustees of the Aitz
Chaim Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City, a body cor-
porate, by its deed dated June 10, 1902, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber R. O. No. 1962
folio 170, etc., one of said lots being situate on the west side of
Exeter Street, between Baltimore and Fayette Streets, and
at the northeast corner of a lot of ground formerly owned by
Diffenderfer and afterward owned and occupied by Thomas
Kell, fronting northerly on Exeter Street, thirty feet, more or
less, with an even width for a depth of forty-one feet, more or
less, to the lot formerly owned by John Britton, one other of
said lots situate on the east side of Temple Street, one hundred
and fifty-one feet eleven inches northerly from the northeast
corner of Baltimore and Temple Streets; fronting northerly
on the east side of Temple Street, twenty feet one inch, with an
even width for a depth of forty feet, more or less, and the
other said lots situate on the east side of Temple Street, one
hundred and seventy-two feet northerly from the northeast
corner of Baltimore and Temple Streets; fronting northerly
on the east side of Temple Street, twenty-four feet nine and
one-half inches, with an even width for a depth of forty feet,
more or less; and that the fee simple title vest absolutely in
the said the Trustees of the Anshe Niesen Hebrew Congrega-
tion of Baltimore City, its successors and assigns, to its own
and their own use and behoof.
