of her sister, Catherine D. Gott, the amount distributed to said
Church by the Executor of said will being f 747. 43.

(e) to the bequests and devises -contained in the last will
and testament of Catherine J). Gott, late of Baltimore County,
deceased, being the remainder of her estate, the amount dis-
tributed to said church by the executor of said will being
$710. 55.

64. to the following gifts, bequests and devises contained
in the last will and testament of Philip C. Mueller, late of
Baltimore County, deceased, recorded in the office of the Regis-
ter of Wills of said County in Liber W. J. P. No. 17 folio 453
viz. to the Most Reverend James 'Cardinal Gibbons, the Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, and his
successors in the Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore, the sums of
money mentioned in the following sub-divisions of the third
clause of said will, to be applied and paid by said corporation
sole to the beneficiaries named in said sub-divisions for the pur-
poses therein expressed, viz.

(a) to "St. Anthony's Orphan Asylum in Baltimore City",
located on Central Avenue, in Baltimore City, the sum of
|300. - absolutely

(b) to the "Society of St Vincent de Paul of St. Michael's
German Parish" for the poor of St. Michael's Roman Catholic
Parish in the City of Baltimore, the sum of $300. - absolutely.

(e) to the Little Sisters of the Poor, located at Valley and
Preston Streets, in the City of Baltimore, the sum of $300.
absolutely.

(d) to the Oblate Sisters of Providence of Baltimore, located
on Chase Street, Baltimore City, the sum of $300. - absolutely.

(e) to St. Elizabeth's Home of Baltimore City for Colored
Children, located on St. Paul Street, in Baltimore City, the
sum of $300. - absolutely.

(f) to the Trustees of St. Charles College, Maryland, the
sum of $300. - absolutely.

(g) to the Parochial School of St. Michael's Roman Catholic
Parish, in the City of Baltimore, the sum of $400. - absolutely.

(h) to the Parochial School of St. Anthony's Roman Catholic
Parish, at Gardenville, Baltimore County, the sum of $400. -
absolutely.

(i) to Leonard Hall, the school for boys at Leonardtown,
St. Mary's County, the sum of $300. - absolutely.

(j) to St. Mary's Academy, at Leonardtown, St. Mary's
County, the sum of $300. - absolutely.

(k) to the Associated Professors of Loyola College in the
City of Baltimore, the sum of $300. - absolutely.
