southeasterly through the centre of the first mentioned parti-
tion wall and parallel with Eutaw Street; and thence north-
westerly, reversing said line so drawn and binding thereon,
one hundred feet, more or less, to the place of beginning. The
said deed bears date July 7, 1914, and is recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2913
folio 71, etc.

55. To the conveyance in fee simple of a certain lot of
ground situate on the southwest side of Madison Avenue, in
Baltimore City, known as No. 2102 Madison Avenue, by a
deed from Lewis J. Lederer and Harriet S. Lederer, his wife,
to the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Incarnation of Bal-
timore City, dated December 7, 1915, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3016
folio 387, etc.

56. To the devise to Henry J. Otterbein, Rector of St James
Catholic Church in the City of Baltimore, under the will of
Mary B. Werger, which will was dated January 20, 1912, was
probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore County on or
about March 13, 1913, and duly recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore County in Wills Liber W. J. P.
No. 17 folio 4/7, of the property known as No. 935 and 937
Somerset Street, in the City of Baltimore.

57. To the gift and bequest of f2500. - contained in item 1
of the last will and testament of William W. Spence, late of
Baltimore City, in the State of Maryland, deceased, and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City
in Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 122 folio 201, etc., to the Union
Protestant Infirmary of Baltimore.

58. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Luther J. Gross, late of Harford County, in the State of
Maryland, deceased, which bequest is substantially as follows:
"I give and bequeath unto the trustees of Bethel Presbyterian
Church and Congregation, a body corporate of Harford County,
the sum of $400. - which shall be kept securely invested by them,
and three-fourths of the interest thereof applied to pew rent
and one-fourth to the care of my lot or lots in the cemetery
adjoining said Church, and request that when wife is done
with the pew mentioned, that it be left as a free seat in said
Church, " said will being dated May 16, 1914, and recorded
among the Will Records of Harford County in Liber J. A.
No. 1 folio 150.

59. To the deed from Maria Louisa Kemp and others to the
Most Reverend James Cardinal Gibbons, Roman Catholic
Archbishop of Baltimore for the time being and his successors
in the Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore according to the dis-
cipline of the Roman Catholic Church, a corporation sole,
