more and the Har Sinai Congregation of the City of Baltimore,
religious corporations, to the lots of ground recorded respect-
ively in the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber E. H.
A. No. 79 folio 403, etc., and Liber J. W. S. No. 151 folio 442,
etc., for the burying ground and cemetery of the Har Sinai
Congregation of the City of Baltimore and to the maintenance,
conduct and operation by the Har Sinai Congregation of the
City of Baltimore, of its burying ground and cemetery thereon
under charter, and amended articles of incorporation.

53. To the bequest and devise made by the last will and
testament of Robert A. Chapman, late of Charles County, to
the Vestry of St. John's Parish in Prince George's and Charles
Counties, one of the Vestries of the Protestant Episcopal
Church in the State of Maryland; to have and to hold real
estate to the proper use and benefit of the said Vestry, its suc-
cessors and assigns, in fee simple, with power to rent same,
or any part or parts thereof, to invest and reinvest the pro-
ceeds of any such sale or sales, as well as moneys which shall
come into the possession of said Vestry from his executor,
under the terms of his will, and to apply the rents, issues and
profits and incomes of all the properties so as aforesaid given,
devised and bequeathed to said Vestry to the support and
maintenance of the Rector for the time being of said St. John's
Parish. The aforegoing real property; also personal and
mixed, stated in the residuary clause of said will, dated Sep-
tember 6, 1913, and filed in the office of the Register of Wills
of Charles County, Maryland.

54. To the grant and deed made and executed by the Safe
Deposit and Trust Company, trustee, to the Trustees of the
Eutaw Place Baptist Church of Baltimore, of a lot of ground
in Baltimore City, and described as follows, viz. BEGINNING
for the same on the line of the southeast side of Dolphin Street
at the distance of ninety-four feet northeasterly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the southeast side of
Dolphin Street and the northeast side of Eutaw Street, and
which place of beginning is designed to be in the centre of the
partition wall between the house erected on the lot now being
described and the house adjoining on the southwest; and run-
ning thence northeasterly, binding on the southeast side of
Dolphin Street, eighteen feet to the centre of the partition
wall between the house erected on the lot now being described
and the house erected on the lot adjoining on the northeast;
thence southeasterly, through the centre of the partition wall
last mentioned and parallel with Eutaw Street, one hundred
feet, more or less, to the northwest side of an alley ten feet
wide there situate; thence southwesterly, binding on that alley,
with the right, use and privilege thereof in common, eighteen
feet to intersect a line drawn from the place of beginning
