body corporate, of a lot of ground in Baltimore City, on the
east side of Chester Street, said deed bearing date April 15,
1915^ and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 2958 folio 557, etc.

39. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
and improvements thereon in the Ninth Election District of
Baltimore County from Amelia Struven and Albert G. Struven,
her husband, to "The Trustees of Grace Baptist Church
of Baltimore City", a body corporate, said deed bearing date
July 8, 1914, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more County in Liber W. P. C. No. 431 folio 399, etc., with
power to hold said lot of ground in fee simple and to sell, dis-
pose of, mortgage or lease the same or any part of the same.

40. To the bequest of one-twelfth of the residue of the estate
contained in the will and testament of Benjamin C. Nicoll,
deceased, to the Walbrook Methodist Episcopal Church.

41. To a certain bequest in the last will and testament of
Charles W. Hoffman, late of Frederick County, Maryland, de-
ceased, to the President and Council of Mount St. Mary's Col-
lege, near Emmitsburg, Frederick County, Maryland. Whereas
Charles W. Hoffman, by his last will and testament, created a
trust estate, and directed the trustees thereof to pay the income
therefrom to certain named relatives and beneficiaries during
the term of their natural lives; and did direct that upon the
death of the last survivor of the beneficiaries named and after
the payment of a pecuniary legacy bequeathed by said will, the
trustee should then pay the rest and residue of the trust fund
to the President and Council of Mt. St. Mary's College, near
Emmittsburg, Frederick County, Maryland, to be used by them
for the erection of a plain, substantial stone church on the hill
near the graveyard; which rest and residue of the trust fund
now amounts to between f 50, 000. - and f 60, 000. -.

42. To the grants, deeds and conveyances to the Most Rev-
erend James Cardinal Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore for the time being and his successors in the Archi-
episcopal See of Baltimore according to the discipline and gov-
ernment of the Roman Catholic Church, a corporation sole, from
the following persons and trustees: (a) From John Fitzberger
and wife dated April 14, 1914, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. G. L. No, 2895 folio 552,
etc; (b) from J. Abner Sayler and Isaac S. George, trustees,
dated May 10, 1915, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 445 folio 236, etc.

43. To the deed from Mary L. Frisch and another, adminis-
trators etc. to the First German Methodist Episcopal Church
in the City of Baltimore, dated December 10, 1914, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 2945 folio 86, etc.
