Harris, her husband, and Sydney Turner Dyer and Elisha Dyer,
Jr., her husband, by their deed dated April 1, 1914, and recorded
among the Land Records of the City of Baltimore, in Liber
S. C. L. No. 2928 folio 131, etc., and "that fee simple title vest
absolutely in said corporation, its successors and assigns, to its
own and their own use and behoof.
33. To the bequest of f500. - to the Consistory of First Re-
formed Church located in the City of Baltimore, on the west
side of Calvert Street near Read Street, contained in the last
will and testament of Alice Y. Roelkey, late of Baltimore City,
State of Maryland, deceased, said will being dated January 12,
1914. and admitted to probate on the sixth day of December,
1915. in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, and recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills in said City in Liber H. W. J.
No. 122 folio 247, etc.,
34. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain fee simple lot of
ground on the south side of Baltimore Street in the City of
Baltimore, and described as follows, viz. BEGINNING for the
same at the corner formed by the intersection of the south side
of Baltimore and the east side of Pulaski Streets; and running
thence easterly, binding on the south side of Baltimore Street,
sixty-one feet to the ground which, by indenture dated July 10,
1913, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 2832 folio 119, etc., was demised and leased
by Patrick J. McEvoy and wife to John J. Hoffmeyer; and run-;
ning thence southerly binding on said ground and parallel with
Pulaski Street, one hundred and fifty feet, more or less, to the
north side of Booth Street; thence westerly, binding on the
north side of Booth Street, sixty-one feet to the east side of
Pulaski Street; and thence northerly, finding on the east side
of Pulaski Street one hundred and fifty feet, more or less, to the
place of beginning, to The St. Luke's Reformed Church of Bal-
timore City, a body corporate, duly incorporated under the
laws of the State of Maryland by Patrick J. McEvoy and Annie
R. McEvoy, his wife, by their deed dated August 22, 1914, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 2923 folio 139, etc., and that the title to said fee
simple property vest absolutely in said corporation, its suc-
cessors and assigns, to its own and their own use and behoof.
35. To the sale, grant and deed of seven lots of ground situ
ate on the southwest side of Park Heights Avenue in the City
of Baltimore, and described as follows, viz. BEGINNING for
said seven lots of ground on the southwest side of Park Heights
"Avenue, at the respective distances of thirty-two feet, fifty-
five feet, seventy-eight feet, one hundred and one feet, one hun-
dred and twenty-four feet, one hundred and forty-seven feet
and one hundred and seventy feet northwesterly from the cor-
