15. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Oliveira Andrews, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, August 21, 1914, viz: (a)
bequest of $200. - to the Associated Professors of Loyola Col-
lege in the City of Baltimore, sometimes called "St. Ignatius
Church in Baltimore"; (b) bequest of $100. - to the Little Sis-
ters of the Poor; (e) bequest of $100. - to the St. Vincent de
Paul Society of Baltimore City, sometimes called "St. Vincent
de Paul Society".

16. To the bequest and devise contained in the last will and
testament of Margaret J. Griffin, deceased, probated in the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, November 5, 1915, of the
residue of the estate of said deceased to the St. Raphael Insti-
tute of Providence of Baltimore City.

17. To the bequest of $1500. - to the Sisters of Bon Secours
for the care of the sick of Baltimore, contained in the third
codicil to the last will and testament of Henry Johnson Key,
deceased, which will and codicils thereto were probated in the
Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, November 1, 1915.

18. To six bequests of $500. - each to the Pastor of the
Immaculate Conception Church in Baltimore City at the time
of the testator's death; to the Little Sisters of the Poor, to the
Sisters of Bon Secours for the care of the sick of Baltimore
City, to St. Vincent Infant Asylum, to the House of the Good
Shepherd in the City of Baltimore and to the St. Vincent de
Paul Society of Baltimore City, respectively contained in the
last will and testament of Ephraim Francis Baldwin, deceased,
probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore County, January
25, 1916.

19. To the gift contained in the last will and testament of
Sarah F. Riefle, deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore City, November 2, 1914, to the Arlington Methodist
Episcopal Church South of $100. - per annum during the con-
tinuance of the trust created thereby.

20. To the sale and deed of two certain lots of ground in
the City of Baltimore, one thereof situate on the east side of
Eden Street, one hundred and fifteen feet northerly from
Gough Street, having a front northerly on the east side of Eden
Street fifteen feet, with a depth of even width easterly of one
hundred and fifteen feet, and described in the deed dated June
25, 1902, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber R. O. No. 1964 folio 509, etc., from Max Cohen,
et al, to "The Beth Israel Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore
City"; and the other thereof being on the east side of Eden
Street, at the distance of one hundred and thirty feet northerly
from the north side of Gough Street and having a front north-
erly on the east side of Eden Street fifteen feet with a depth
