SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 111 of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Coroners, " be,
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, so as to read as follows:
SEC. 111. The coroner or Justice of the Peace, in the ac-
count of expenses rendered to the County Commissioners for
holding any inquest, shall include such sum for the physician
as the said coroner or justice and jurors shall deem just, not
less than five dollars, nor more than one hundred dollars,
which sum, together with the other expenses of the inquest,
shall be paid by the County, and which may be decreased or
increased, not beyond the limitations herein expressed, by the
County Commissioners, so as to fully compensate said physi-
cian for his services; PROVIDED, however, that before the
County Commissioners may, or shall, pay any fee to a physician
for examining a dead body or attending any coroner's inquest,
unless formally summoned before said inquest by the jury, the
bill for such fee or charge shall show the fact that the said
services so charged for were rendered under instructions from
the State's Attorney of said County, and which fact shall be
certified by the State's Attorney upon the face of the bill; and
provided further that no bill for autopsy shall be paid by said
County Commissioners, unless said bill shall bear the approval
of the State's Attorney and his certificate that said autopsy was
performed upon his instructions.

CHAPTER 581.
AN ACT to prohibit fishing in the Severn River or any creek,
tributary or inlet thereof, except with hook or line.,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be and is hereby5 made unlawful to fish in the
Severn River or any creek, cove, tributary or inlet thereof or to
take or catch fish in the Severn River or any creek, cove, tribu-
tary or inlet thereof, with any seine, net, weir or other imple-
ment or instrument, except hook and line, and that any person
who shall violate the provisions of this Act shall, upon convic-
tion thereof, be fined a sum of hot less than $20. 00 and not more
