Annapolis made necessary by the organization of the Machine
Gun Company of the First Regiment stationed at that place,
and for the purchase of certain equipment for said Machine
Gun Company, such construction and the purchase of such
equipment to be under the direction of the Adjutant-General,
and the State Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed
to draw his warrants upon the State Treasurer for the said
sum, or any portion of it, upon the order of the Adjutant-
General in payment of such bills as may be contracted under
the provisions of this Act.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from June 1st, 1916.

CHAPTER 579.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 58A, 58B, 58C and 58D of Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Anne Arundel County, " sub-title "Annapolis, " as the
same were enacted by Chapter 696 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1908.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by flie General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 58A, 58B, 580 and 58D of Article 2 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Anne Arundel
County, " sub-title "Annapolis, " as the same were enacted by
Chapter 696 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1908, be, and the said Sections are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from June first, 1916.

CHAPTER 580.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 111
of Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne
Arundel County, " sub-title "Coroners, " and relating to phy-
sicians' charges for post mortems and autopsies.
