CHAPTER 534.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 4 of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland, as the same was amended and re-enacted
by Chapter 123 of the Acts of 1898, title "City of Balti-
more, " sub-title "Police Commissioners"; said new section
to come under said sub-title and to follow immediately after
section 777C and to be known as section 7770, c.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, as the same was amended and re-enacted by Chapter
123 of the Acts of 1898, be and the same is hereby amended
and re-enacted by the addition of a new section to come under
the sub-title "Police Commissioners, " to follow immediately
after section 777C of said Article, and to be known and desig-
nated as section 777C, c, so as to read as follows:

777C, c. The said board of Police Commissioners for the
City of Baltimore are hereby authorized, empowered and di-
rected to include the Linemen in the service of said board, and
those who may hereafter be employed in like capacity within
the provisions of section 777 of this article, so that they may
enjoy the same rights, privileges and benefits, subject to the
same limitations and conditions as are therein prescribed and
conferred for the retiring of members, of the Police Force for
the City of Baltimore, provided, however, that any of the per-
sons herein mentioned, shall pay into the special fund the
regular percentage from the time of their appointments with
interest in addition to the rate of percentage required under
this Act, and thereafter the regular percentage required under
the special pension act.

tated Code of the Public Civil Laws of Maryland, title
"Surveyor and State Survey, " sub-title "Public Roads, " and
