CHAPTER 507.

AN ACT to refund to Josiah D. Growl the sum of money erro-
neously paid by him to the Comptroller of the Treasury of
Maryland for liquor licenses for the years 1908, 1909, 1910
and 1911.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon the State
Treasury in favor of Josiah D. Growl, of Carroll County, Mary-
land, for the sum of forty-seven dollars and fifty cents, being
the amounts erroneously paid by him for liquor licenses for the
years 1908, 1909, 1910 and 1911.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 508.

AN ACT directing the Board of County School Commissioners of
Montgomery County to erect, and the County Commissioners
of, said County to provide the necessary funds for a new
school building in the Wheaton District of said county on a
site to be selected between Seeks Comer and Four Corners,
and authorizing upon proper petition and showing, the pro-
vision of further school house facilities at Tacoma Park in said
county, and authorizing the County Commissioners of said
county to issue bonds therefor, and to levy a tax for the pay-
ment of the same and interest thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of County School Commissioners of Mont-
gomery County, be and it is hereby, authorized and directed to
erect d new school building in the Wheaton District of said
County on a sits to be selected and acquired by said Board at a
point between Seeks Corner and Four Corners not more than
one-third of the distance from said Seeks Corner to Four Cor-
