SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act be taken and
construed as an entirety, and each and every part and Section
thereof is made dependent upon each and every other part
and Section thereof.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That all Acts and parts
of Acts, laws and parts of laws, inconsistent with this Act or
any provision thereof, be and the same are hereby repealed
to the extent of such inconsistency.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this Act
shall be taken or construed to affect the terms of the present
County Commissioners of Baltimore County.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That Sections 65 and
65-A of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
as amended by Section 1 of this Act and Section 2 of this Act
shall take effect upon the election and qualification of the
Board of County Commissioners elected under the provision
of this Act at the general election held in November, 1915; and
that Section 65-B of said Article as enacted by Section 1 of this
Act and Section 3 of this Act shall take effect from the date
of its passage.

CHAPTER 499.
AN ACT providing for and regulating the issue of a summons or
notice in criminal cases of which a justice of the peace, police
justice, or other similar official has jurisdiction, by adding two
new Sections to the Code of Public General Laws of 1911, to
be known as Section 12-C and 12-D of Article 52 of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled "Justices of the Peace,"
sub-title '' Criminal Jurisdiction,'' and to follow Section 12-A
and 12-B, added to the Code by Chapter 444 of the Acts of
1906.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That two new Sections be added to the Code of Public
General Laws of 1911, to be known as Section 12-C and Sec-
tion 12-D of Article 52 of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "Justices of the Peace," sub-title "Criminal Jurisdic-
tion, '' and to follow Sections 12-A and 12-B, added to the Code
by Chapter 444 of the Acts of 1906, and to read as follows:
SECTION 12-D. Every justice of the peace, police justice or
other similar official in those offenses which he has jurisdiction
