of nomination a statement that he is an actual resident of the
election district oi Baltimore County of which he claims to be a
registered voter, and in preparing the official ballots for use in
such primary elections where candidates for said office are to
be selected, said Board of Supervisors of Elections shall cause
them to be so printed and arranged as to contain under the de-
nomination of County Commissioners the names of the candi-
dates for the said office of County Commissioners of Baltimore
County, and they shall in addition to the names of said candi-
dates cause to be printed immediately under the name of each
candidate the commissioner district in which such candidate
resides. The candidate for nomination for said office of County
Commissioner in any party participating in said primary election
residing in commissioner district Number 1 who has received
the highest number of votes cast at such primary election for
candidates residing in said district shall be the nominee of said
party from said commissioner district No. 1, and the candidate
for nomination for said office of County Commissioner in any
party participating in said primary election residing in com-
missioner district No. 2 who has received the highest number of
votes cast at such primary election for candidate residing in
said district shall be the nominee of said party from said com-
missioner district No. 2; and the candidate for nomination for
said office of County Commissioner in any party participating
in said primary election residing in commissioner district No.
3 who has received the highest number of votes cast at said pri-
mary election for any candidate residing in said district shall
be the nominee of said party from said commissioner district No.
3; and the candidate for nomination for said office of County
Commissioner in any party participating in said primary elec-
tion residing in commissioner district No. 4 who has received
the highest number of votes cast in such primary election for
any candidate residing in commissioner district No. 4 shall be
the nominee from said party from said commissioner district
No. 4; and the candidate for nomination for said office of Coun-
ty Commissioner in any party participating in said primary
election residing in commissioner district No. 5, who has re-
ceived the highest number of votes cast in such primary elec-
tion for any candidate residing in said district, shall be the
nominee of said party from said commissioner district No. 5.
Candidates for said office may be nominated other than at a
primary election in the manner prescribed by Section 43 of
Article 33 of Bagby's Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, in which case the certificate of nomination shall contain
