year; and the County Commissioners of said County at the
time for their annual levy for the year 1915, and annually
thereafter, shall levy upon the assessable property of the said
County the sum of nine hundred dollars to pay the salaries of
the Judges of the Orphans' Court as above provided.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any Acts or parts
of Acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed solely to the
extent that said Acts or parts of Acts affect the salaries of
Judges of the Orphans' Court in Prince George's County.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 455.
AN ACT to pay the claim of Dulany-Vernay Company for sup-
plies, stationery, blank books and materials for use of the
Court of Appeals, State Library, Executive Department and
the General Assembly of Maryland for the Session of 1914.
WHEREAS, Chapter 397 of the Acts of 1904 failed to make
any appropriation covering the contract for supplies, stationery,
blank books and materials to be used by the Court of Appeals,
State Library, Executive Department and the General Assembly
of Maryland for the Session of 1914; and,
WHEREAS, Under the provisions of said Chapter 397 of the
Acts of 1904 the contract for such supplies was awarded by the
Board of Public Works, after due notice, to Dulany-Vernay
Company, they being the lowest bidders therefor; therefore,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of Thirty-eight Hundred and Thirty-two
Dollars and Forty-five Cents ($3,832.45) or so much thereof as
may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to pay the claim of
Dulany-Vernay Company for supplies, stationery, blank books
and materials used by the Court of Appeals, State Library,
Executive Department and the General Assembly of Maryland
for the session of 1914, and the Treasurer of the State is hereby
authorized to pay Dulany-Vernay Company upon the warrant
of the Comptroller, the said sum, or so much thereof as may be
necessary, the sum to be paid as prescribed in Chapter 397 of
the Acts of 1904.
