suspension of sentence by the Court in criminal cases; (b) for
any form of the indeterminate sentence in criminal cases, and
(e) for the release upon parole in whatever manner the General
Assembly may prescribe, of convicts imprisoned under sentence
ofr crimes.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted by the authority aforesaid,
That the said foregoing Section, hereby proposed as an amend-
ment to the Constitution, shall at the next ensuing general elec-
tion, to be held on Tuesday next after the first Monday in the
month of November, 1915, be submitted to the legal and quali-
fied voters of Maryland for their adoption or rejection in pur-
suance of the directions contained in Article 14 of the Constitu-
tion of this State, and at the said election the vote on said pro-
posed amendment to the Constitution shall be by ballot, and
upon each ballot there shall be written or printed the words
"Por the Constitutional Amendment" and "Against the Con-
stitutional Amendment," as now provided by law, and imme-
diately after said election due returns shall be made to the Gov-
ernor of the vote for and against said proposed amendment, as
directed by the said Article 14 of the Constitution.

CHAPTER 454.
AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's County,"
sub-title "Orphans' Court," said new Section to follow im-
mediately after Section 263 of said Article 17, and to be
known and designated as Section 263-A.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new Section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Prince George's County," sub-title "Orphans' Court," said
new Section to follow immediately after Section 263 of said
Article 17 and to be known and designated as Section 263-A.
SEC. 263-A. The Judges of the Orphans' Court of Prince
George's County shall each receive an annual salary of three
hundred dollars, to be paid by the County Commissioners of
said County in quarterly payments; and the first payment on
account of such salary shall be made on the first Tuesday in
the month of July, 1915, and thereafter on the first Tuesday
in the months of October, January, April and July in each
