any part thereof as hereinbefore provided; but if a majority of
the votes cast at said election shall be "Against the Water-
works," then such bonds shall not be issued; and it shall be the
duty of said Commissioners of Greensboro to give five days'
notice of the time, place and object of such special election, and
they shall cause this Act to be published in one or more news-
papers in said town at least five days before such election.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That said Commissioners of
Greensboro shall appoint three voters to act as judges at such
special election and the judges so appointed, before opening such
special election, shall each make oath before a Justice of the
Peace or Notary Public of Caroline County, that he will faith-
fully and impartially permit every person to vote at such special
election as shall be qualified to vote for commissioners of said
town, and at the election to be held in 1914, and that he will not
suffer any person to vote at such election who shall not be legally
qualified to vote as aforesaid.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That the judges of said special
election shall report the result of said election to the Commis-
sioners of Greensboro, who shall declare the result of said elec-
tion and record same among their minutes.

SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 435.

AN ACT to add nine new Sections to Chapter 91 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1904, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Section 27 of Chapter 157 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session,
1902, entitled ' An Act to repeal Sections 27 and 28 of Article
6 of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Caroline County,
sub-title 'Birds and Game,' and to re-enact the same with
amendments, and to add a new Section to said Article, and to
follow Section 27 and to be designated Section 27-A,'' to follow
immediately after said Section 27-A, and to be known respect-
ively as Sections 27-B, 27-C, 27-D, 27-E, 27-F, 27-G, 27-T,
27-I and 27-J.
