and shall stand committed to the County Jail until said fine and
costs are paid, one-half of said fine or fines to go to the informer
or informers upon whose evidence the conviction is obtained.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That all money arising
from the license aforesaid, and all fines, after paying the amount
aforesaid to said informer or informers, shall be paid to the
School Board of said Garrett County for the use of the public
schools.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That said Act shall take
effect from the first day of April, 1914.

CHAPTER 50.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to the State Roads Com-
mission to concrete the old Baltimore and Washington Turn-
pike through the village of Elkridge, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of fifteen thousand dollars, or so much
thereof as shall be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of the
Treasury of Maryland, to be paid out of any moneys not other-
wise appropriated to the State Roads Commission for the pur-
pose of concreting through the village of Elkridge the old Balti-
more and Washington Turnpike, from curb to curb through said
village, beginning at the point where the Baltimore and Wash-
ington Boulevard diverges from said Turnpike on the westerly
side of said village to the point where said Boulevard again
connects with said turnpike on the easterly side of the said vil-
lage, near the Patapsco River.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 51.
AN ACT to amend Article Twenty-two of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Washington County," sub-
title "Roads," by repealing Section 331 thereof, and Section
332 thereof as the latter was amended by Chapter 106, Acts
of 1900.
SECTION ONE. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
