knecht, Louis B. Holzknecht, Robert Holzknecht and Frederick
Holzknecht, their heirs and assigns.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That said bridge shall
be provided with a suitable draw of the width of not less than
twenty feet.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the said Jacob Holz-
knecht, Louis B. Holzknecht, Robert Holzknecht and Frederick
Holzknecht, their heirs and assigns, shall have full power to
sell, lease, mortgage or dispose of said bridge to any person
or body corporate who are hereby authorized to purchase and

hold the same.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That at any time here-
after it shall be lawful for the County Commissioners of Balti-
more County to assume by resolution or otherwise the charge
and keeping of said bridge or to purchase the same upon such
terms and conditions as may be agreed upon, or to condemn

the same according to law.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 373.

AN ACT" to appropriate a sum of money to pay the expenses of
the Joint Committee, as authorized by Joint Resolution Num-
ber 3 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1912, to Bettie
questions of jurisdiction as to the boundary line between the
States of Maryland and Virginia in the Potomac River.

WHEREAS, Joint Resolution Number 3 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of 1912 authorized the appointment of a Joint
Commission on behalf of the State of Maryland to confer with a
like Joint Commission on behalf of the State of Virginia with
reference to the boundary line between the said States of Mary-
land and Virginia in the Potomac River, and,

WHEREAS, The said Joint Commission in pursuance of .said
authority therein conferred did make such examination and
report as to the boundary line between the said States of Mary-
land and Virginia in the Potomac River; therefore,
