issuing any such license administer to the applicant therefor an
oath requiring such applicant to make true answers to such
questions as may be asked of him by said Justices, pertaining to
such application and license.

SEC. 44 D. And be it further enacted, That the Justices of
the Peace for Harford County shall pay over at the end of each
month all moneys or funds received by them for licenses as
herein provided, to the Chief Game Warden of Harford County,
whose appointment is hereinafter provided for in this Act,
which moneys shall be expended by said Chief Game Warden as
hereinafter provided for; and any Justice of the Peace failing
to turn over the money received for the issuance of licenses at the
end of each month, as provided in this Section, shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not
less than ten dollars nor more than twenty-five dollars, together
with the costs of prosecution for each and every offense.

SEC. 44 E. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Harford County shall, on or before the first day
of May A. D. 1914, and every two years thereafter, appoint a
Game Warden for Harford County to be called the Chief Game
Warden of Harford County, who shall hold office for two years
or until his successor shall have been appointed and qualified
whichever shall first occur. The person so appointed Chief Game
Warden shall have been a resident and voted in said County for
not less than two years next preceding his appointment. Said
Game Warden so appointed shall receive a salary to be retained
by him from moneys coming into his hands from the issuance of
hunting licenses and the collection of fines for the violation of
the fish and game laws of Harford County, of $600.00 and the
reasonable expenses of his office, including having printed the
forms of the licenses to be issued by the Justices of the Peace
as aforesaid, not to exceed in all the sum of $400.00 in any one
year, providing the receipts of said office equal that amount;
and all money over and above said amounts shall be used in pro-
curing, feeding and propagating game in Harford County.

The said Chief Game Warden of Harford County shall be re-
moved at any time by the County Commissioners of Harford
County, after it shall have been affirmatively made to appear
upon written charges that said Chief Game Warden has ne-
glected or improperly discharged the duties of his office.

SEC. 44 F. And be it further enacted, That the said Chief
Game Warden of Harford County appointed in accordance with
