SEC. 44 B. And be it further enacted, That the form of said
license to be issued by the Justices of the Peace of Harford
County shall be as follows:

to take, hunt, catch, kill, pursue, injure or shoot such game
birds and animals as may be lawfully taken or killed under the
laws of Harford County, State of Maryland, during the seasons
limited by law for taking or killing the same, during the year
ending on the last day of May, A. D. 19.......

Justice of the Peace for Harford County.

"This license gives no authority to go upon private property
without permission from the owner thereof. It must be carried
by the licensee when gunning, hunting, or pursuing game, and
by him exhibited upon demand so to do by any game warden,
officer, police officer, sheriff or deputy sheriff of Harford County,
or by any owner, lessee or tenant of land upon which the licensee
is gunning, hunting or pursuing the said birds or animals at the
time the demand is made, under penalty of the fines and pun-
ishments provided for in the Public Local Laws of Harford
County, and can be used by no one but the person named in the
license; and any license found in the possession of any one other
than the person to whom it was lawfully issued, shall be for-
feited and cancelled."

SEC. 44 C. And be it further enacted, That the several Jus-
tices of the Peace of Harford County are hereby directed to re-
cord in a suitable book in their alphabetical order, the names
of the persons to whom they have issued licenses under this
Act and set opposite the names of such persons shall be a num-
ber corresponding to the number of the license of such person;
