Harford County, sheriff, deputy sheriff, constable, police officer
of said County, or any owner, tenant or lessee of property on
which the licensee is gunning, hunting or pursuing the said birds
or animals at the time the demand is made; and upon refusal
to so exhibit such license such person so refusing shall be sub-
jected to the fines and penalties hereinbefore provided for non-
compliance or violation of the provisions of this Section. Noth-

Any license found in the possession of any one other than the
person to whom it was lawfully issued shall be forthwith for-
feited and cancelled, and the Justice of the Peace by whom said
license was issued shall enter such license cancelled in his license
book, hereinafter provided for in this Act, when requested by
the Chief Game Warden so to do.
