578 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAPTER 365.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 38, 40,
41, 42, 43, 44, 45 and 46 of Article 13 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County," sub-title
"Birds and Game," to repeal and re-enact without amend-
ment Section 39 of said Article, and to repeal Section 42 A
of said Article 13 of Public Local Laws of Maryland; and to
repeal Sections 37 to 41, both inclusive, of Article 99 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Wild Fowl,
Birds and Game," sub-title "Game Warden," so far as the
same relates to Harford County, and to add additional Sec-
tions to said Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, said additional Sections to be known as Sections
42 A, 42 B, 42 C, 42 D, 44 A, 44 B, 44 C, 44 D, 44 E, 44 F,
44 G, 44 H, 44 I, 44 J, 44 K, 44 L, 44 M, 44 N, 44 O and 44 P.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 and 46 of Article
13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Har-
ford County," sub-title "Birds and Game," be and the same
are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments; Section
39 of said Article be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted without amendments, and Section 42 A of said Article
13 of the Code of Public Local Laws be and the same is hereby
repealed; and Sections 37 to 41, inclusive, of Article 99 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Wild Fowl,
Birds and Game," sub-title "Game Wardens," are hereby re-
pealed so far as the same relate to Harford County, and twenty
additional Sections are hereby added to said Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, said new Sections to
be known as Sections 42 A, 42 B, 42 C, 42 D, 44 A, 44 B, 44 C,
44 D, 44 E, 44 F, 44 G, 44 H, 441, 44 J, 44 K, 44 L, 44 M, 44 N,
44 O and 44 P, inclusive, said amended Sections and new Sec-
tions to read as follows:

SEC. 38. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for any person at any time, to
shoot or otherwise kill or pursue with such intent, any of the
following named birds within the limits of Harford County,
viz.: Blue bird, thrush, martin, mocking bird, swallow, oriole,
red bird, cat bird, sparrow, except English sparrow, whippoor-
will, wren, pewit, gold-finch, sapsucker, hanging bird, wood-
pecker, night hawk, bull bat, blue jay, kill-deer, field lark,
flicker, yellow hammer, humming bird, bee martin, ground
