kill, take, destroy or have in possession more than fifty rail
birds per tide. Any person violating the provisions of this
Section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-
viction thereof shall be fined five dollars and costs for each
bird or animal so killed, shot, destroyed, taken or had in posses-
sion in excess of the prescribed limits.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 339.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 5 of
Chapter 842 of the Acts of General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January Session, 1912, entitled "An Act to es-
tablish a State Laboratory for the production, testing, or
standardizing of tuberculin, mallein, hog cholera serum and
other biological products.

CHAPTER 340.
AN ACT to add one new Section to Article 3 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County," sub-
title "Fish," to be known as Section 151-A, relating to fishing
in Dundee Creek, a branch of the Gunpowder River, and to
repeal all Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with the provis-
ions herewith.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That one new Section be added to Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County,"
sub-title "Fish," to be known as Section 151-A, relating to
fishing and ducking in Dundee Creek, a branch of the Gun-
powder River, and to repeal all Acts or parts of Acts incon-
sistent with the provisions herewith, and to read as follows:
151-A. It shall be unlawful for any person to take or catch
fish with a hook and line in the waters of Dundee Creek, a branch
of the Gunpowder River, in Baltimore County, from the first
day of November to the first day of February in each and every
year; and any person so fishing in said waters between the said
