houses and other buildings, sinks and other receptacles for sew-
age and drainage, including also, if the said Mayor and City
Council of Laurel shall at any time so determine, storm water
and other drainage from the streets and alleys of said town, and
said Mayor and City Council may acquire by condemnation or
otherwise any land needed for the building of a disposal plant
or needed for any other purpose in connection with said sew-
erage system or sewerage disposal.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That at any general or special
election at which any one or more or all of the said proposi-
tions shall be submitted to the said voters of said town the bal-
lot shall have printed on it the words "For Sewers" and the
words "Against Sewers," and all voters desiring to vote for
seAvers shall place a cross (X) mark in the square to the right
of the words "For Sewers," and those desiring to vote against
sewers shall place a cross (X) mark in the square to the right of
the words "Against Sewers," and the ballots for each and
every proposition provided to be submitted under and by vir-
tue of this Act shall be made up in a like manner as the ballots
provided for in a vote on sewers, and otherwise the said ballots
shall be made up in conformity with the provisions of the said
Charter of the Town of Laurel, and any and all elections at
which any one or all of the propositions herein set forth shall,
except as may be otherwise in this Act provided, be held in ac-
cordance with the provisions of the said Charter in every and
all respect.

SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 313.

AN ACT to amend Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of the State of Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-
title "Birds and Game," by adding two new Sections thereto,
to follow Section 34, to be designated as Section 34 A-l and
Section 34 A-2.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Birds and Game,"
be and the same is hereby amended by adding new Sections
