every boat, and all oars, machinery or other equipment what-
soever, whether owned, hired, leased, loaned or borrowed by the
person or persons, firm or corporation so convicted, used in set-
ting, fishing or in any way handling nets and other similar
devices used in such violation of the provisions of this Act,
shall be forfeited to the State of Maryland; and said nets, boats
or other equipment so forfeited, shall be sold by the Sheriff of
Worcester County at public sale for cash, upon giving twenty
days' notice of the time and place of sale; and he shall be
allowed the same fees now allowed for the sale of goods and
chatties under writs of fiere facias. And it shall be the duty
of the Sheriff and every constable and deputy sheriff of Wor-
cester County, and of every game warden and deputy game
warden appointed by the Governor of Maryland, or otherwise,
under the laws of the State of Maryland, and of the commander
and deputy commanders of the State fishery force, to report
violations of this Act, and to apprehend and arrest any such
offender or offenders with or without warrant.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the money collected
by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for licenses issued hereunder
shall be paid over and accounted for by him just as license fees
collected from merchants and traders are now, or may be by
law, hereafter disposed of; and that one-half the fines and pen-
alties imposed and collected for violations of this Act, and one-
half the proceeds derived from the sale of property forfeited
under the provisions of this Act, after the expenses of sail
have first been deducted, shall be paid to the informer or in-
formers, and the balance shall be disposed of as moneys from
other fines and penalties in criminal cases are now disposed of
or may hereafter be disposed of by law.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 280.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 1 of
Chapter 579 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
passed at the Session of 1912, entitled An Act to empower
and require the County Commissioners of Caroline County
to move and reconstruct the old single-track iron bridge
(known as Denton Bridge) further up the Choptank River, at
