against the issue of said bonds at said special election, then, and
in that event, the question of the issue of the said bonds, subject
to all the provisions hereof, shall be again submitted to the
qualified voters of the town at a special election which shall
be held on the third Tuesday in April, 1915, and should the said
question then be determined in favor of said bond issue at said
special election, the Mayor and Common Council shall then
proceed with the issue of said bonds as hereinbefore provided.
All persons shall be qualified to vote at the said special election
to be held on the third Tuesday in April, 1914, who shall be
qualified to vote at the regular town election of said town to
be held on the first Monday in May, 1914; and, in the event
that a special election be held on the third Tuesday in April,
1915, as herein provided, all persons shall be qualified to vote
at that election who are qualified to vote at the regular town
election of said town to be held on the first Monday in May, 1915,
in said town of Mount Rainier.

SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That any Sections or
parts of Sections of the Act incorporating the said Town of Mt.
Rainier, in Prince George's County, Maryland, which are incon-
sistent with any of the provisions of this Act, are hereby re-
pealed ; the remaining portions thereof to be and remain in full
force with the same effect and to the same extent as if this Act
had not been passed.

SEC. 11, And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 251.

AN ACT to authorize and require the County Commissioners of
Baltimore County to make a special levy, for a period of two
years, of twenty cents on each one hundred dollars of, the
whole assessable property situated in the village of Overlea,
except the property situate on Maple Avenue, west of the
Belair Road, Baltimore County, for the use and purpose of
the betterment of the roads.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of County Commissioners of Baltimore
County, at the time of the annual tax levy (for the years 1914,
1915). are hereby authorized, directed and required to make a
