arette license issued to said Louis P. Samanni to sell cigarettes
at South-West corner of Charles and Center Streets, Balti-
more City, to continue in force from May 1, 1911, to May 1,
1912, but said license having been in force only until June 30,
1911, and being unused thereafter.

SEC. 3. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 4th, 1914.

CHAPTER 162.

AN ACT to appropriate a certain sum of money to the support
of the Home for Widows and Orphans of Physicians, Inc., a
charitable institution located in the City of Baltimore, for
each of the two fiscal years ending on the thirtieth day of
September, 1915, and on the thirtieth day of September, 1916,
respectively.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of Three Thousand Dollars for the fiscal
year 1915, and the like sum of Three Thousand Dollars for the
fiscal year 1916, be and they are hereby appropriated (out of
any money in the Treasury of the State of Maryland not other-
wise appropriated) to the support of the Home for Widows and
Orphans of Physicians, Inc., a charitable institution located ia
the City of Baltimore, to be issued in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 328 of Article 27 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of the State
shall upon the warrant of the Comptroller of the Treasury pay
the said sums of money herein appropriated for the objects and
purposes hereinbefore specified to or upon the order of the per-
son of persons or body corporate entitled to receive the same;
and all of the aforesaid appropriations to the Home for Wid-
ows and Orphans of Physicians, Inc., shall be paid in equal
quarterly installments.

Approved April 2nd, 1914.

CHAPTER 163.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 160-A
of Article 33 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
title "Elections," sub-title "Primary Elections," as said Sec-
tion was enacted by Chapter 134 of the Acts of 1912.
