PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, GOVERNOR. 1729

No. 2716, folio 79, and especially the annual rental of twenty
dollars arising therefrom, for the purpose of erecting, repairing
and maintaining from the said annual rent of twenty dollars
the wall, fence or railing surrounding the church and graveyard
of said parish and for no other use whatsoever.

66. To the deed, sale grant and conveyance made and
executed by Laura Hutchins and William Herbert Hutchins,
her husband, both of Baltimore County, to the Vestry of St.
James' Parish, Baltimore County, of a lot of land particularly
described in said deed dated April 16, 1904, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C.
No. 276, folio 265, and consisting of 125 7/10 square perches
of land, more or less.

67. To the bequest of $500.00 to "The Preachers' Fund So-
ciety of the City of Baltimore" as contained in the last Will
and Testament of Sarah Rebecca Hardman, late of Allegany
County, Md., in Liber G., Folio 303, etc.; and to the devise and
bequest of all the rest and residue of her estate to '' The Mission-
ary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church," incorporated
by the Legislature of the State of New York, as contained in the
said last Will and Testament of Sarah Rebecca Hardman, de-
ceased, as recorded among said Will Records, as aforesaid.

68. To the bequest of $1,500.00 to the Trustees of Calvary
Baptist Church of Towson, Maryland, as contained in the last
Will and Testament of Elizabeth R. Stevenson, deceased, duly
admitted to probate, by the Orphans' Court for Baltimore Coun-
ty, February 3, 1914.

69. To the bequest of $100.00 to the Trustees of Reiff's Men-
nonite Church at Cearfoss, Maryland, as contained in the last
Will and Testament of Martha Plum.

70. To the bequest of $500.00, contained in the last Will and
Testament of Mary Jane Carroll, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, duly admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of Bal-
timore City, January 29th, 1914, in Wills Liber H. W. J. No.
117, folio ...., etc., to the person who may be the Rector at the
time of the death of the said testatrix of the Roman Catholic
Cathedral of the Archdiocese of Baltimore located at the cor-
ner of Mulberry and Cathedral Streets, in the City of Balti-
more, for the repose of souls.

71. To the conveyance in fee simple of a lot of ground in
Baltimore County, to The Trustees of the Campfield African
