(c) $1,000.00 to the Federated Charities; (d) $1,000.00 to the
Board of Home Missions; (e) $1,000.00 to the Board of Foreign
Missions of the Southern Presbyterian Church; and (f) $10,-
000.00 bequeathed in remainder to the Presbyterian Eye, Ear
and Throat Hospital, subject to the life estate in which the
Safe Deposit & Trust Company of Baltimore is trustee, and
Viola Devries the cestui que trust; and (g) $10,000.00 in re-
mainder to the Franklin Presbyterian Congregation in the City
of Baltimore and the Union Theological Seminary situated at
Richmond, Virginia, equally.
54. To the following conveyances: (a) a Deed in Fee to the
Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the West Balti-
more Station in the City and Precincts of the City of Baltimore,
from John T. Ford and Edith B. Ford, his wife, dated and
acknowledged May 28th, 1870, and recorded May 30th, 1870, in
Liber G. R. No. 466, folio 296, one of the Land Records of Balti-
more City of all that piece or parcel of ground, situated and
lying in the City of Baltimore aforesaid, and which is described
as follows, that is to say: Beginning for the same at the south-
east corner of Stricker and Presstman Streets, thence southerly
on the east side of Stricker Street seventy-five feet; thence
easterly parallel to Presstman Street one hundred and thirty-
nine feet and ten and a quarter inches to a Street there situated,
laid out by John T. Ford called Whatcoat Street, of the width
of thirty-seven feet; thence northerly on the west side of What-
coat Street, seventy-five feet to Presstman Street, and thence
westerly on the south side of Presstman Street, one hundred
and thirty-nine feet and ten and one-quarter inches to the
place of beginning; and (b) to a Deed in Fee from the same
grantors to the same grantees of the following described prop-
erty by deed dated May 28th, 1870, and recorded among the
Land REcords of Baltimore City aforesaid, in Liber G. R. No.
466, folio 297, all that piece or parcel of ground situated and
ly in U; in the City of Baltimore aforesaid, and which is described

the east side of Stricker Street seventy-five feet southerly from
the southeast corner of Stricker and Presstman Streets; thence
southerly on the east side of Stricker Street twenty-five feet;
