quarter inches to the place of beginning.,

55. To a Lease from John A. Horner and Catherine E. Hor-
ner, his wife, to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of the West Baltimore Station in the City of Baltimore, dated
July 10th, 1876, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber G. R. No. 746, folio 209, etc., whereby the
property on the east side of Stricker Street, beginning seventy
feet south from Presstman Street and having a front southerly
on Stricker Street of thirty feet with an even depth easterly of
one hundred and thirty-nine feet ten and one-quarter inches
to the west side of Whatcoat Street, was leased for the term
of ninety-nine years renewable forever.

56. To a Deed from John A. Horner and Catherine E. Hor-
ner, his wife, to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church
of the West Baltimore Station in the City of Baltimore, dated
March 2d, 1881, and recorded among the Land Records aforesaid,
in liber F. A. P. No. 891, folio 425, etc., conveying the reversion
and annual ground rent issuing and payable out of the lot of
ground described in the lease mentioned in the next preceding
paragraph.

57. To (a) the Deed from the Trustees of Halethorpe Metho-
dibt Episcopal Church of Baltimore County and State of Mary-
land, to the Baltimore City Missionary and Church Extension
Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, dated the 29th day
of August, 1912, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more County in Liber W. P. C. No. 399, folio 412, etc., conveying
property located at Halethorpe, Baltimore County, Maryland;
(b) to the Deed from Basil D. Hall and wife to the Baltimore
City Missionary and Church Extension Society of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church, dated the 18th day of September, 1912,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber W. P. C. No. 402, folio 172, etc., conveying property
located at Howard Park, Baltimore County, Maryland; (c) to
the deed from Charles E. Hill to the Baltimore City Missionary
and Church Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, dated the 23d day of September, 1912, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C.
No. 402, folio 174, etc., conveying property located at Howard
Park, Baltimore County, Maryland; (d) to the Deed from
Robert Hahan and others to the Baltimore City Missionary and
Church Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church,
dated the first day of October, 1912, and recorded among the
