recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
J. L. No. 1167, folio 418, etc.; (c) to a certain deed from
Boudinot S. Loney, et al, Trustees, to said Vestry, dated June
23rd, 1913, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2830, folio 6, etc.; (d) to a
certain deed from Boudinot S. Loney and Corinne S. Loney,
his wife, to said Vestry, dated June 23rd, 1913, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 2830, folio 7, etc., and to the holding of said piece or
parcel of land in said City, by said Vestry of the Reformed
Episcopal Church of the Redeemer of the City of Baltimore,
a religious corporation, in fee simple, and with full power
to sell, dispose of. mortgage or lease the same or any part of
the same.
28. To the sale, grant, holding, (and disposition thereof
by deed, mortgage, or in any other manner), to the "First
Gallician Congregation Magen Abraham B'nai Frankel Anshe
Litowsk of Baltimore City, a body corporate, and its successors, of
a certain fee simple lot of ground and improvements heretofore
purchased, situated and lying in the City of Baltimore, on the
west side of Bond Street, at the distance of nineteen feet
northerly from the beginning of the second line of that part
of lot Number 626, described in a deed from George Wells to
Isaac Turner, dated on the 21st day of May, 1787, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County, in Liber W.
G. No. A. A., folio 214, etc., and at the northeast comer of a
two story brick house, fronting on Bond Street; and running
thence northerly, binding on Bond Street, thirty-eight feet;
thence westerly, parallel with Bank Street, eighty feet; thence
southerly, parallel with Bond Street, thirty-eight feet; and
thence easterly, on a straight line to the place of beginning,
and known as Nos. 40.2 and 404 South Bond Street, and parti-
cularly described in a deed from Christian Schloegel, et al, to
said body corporate, dated June 27, 1902, and recorded in Liber
R. O. No. 1965, folio 204, one of the Land Records of Baltimore
City.
29. To the gifts, devises and bequests in the last will and
testament of Elizabeth Catherine Rosenberger, late of Garrett
County, deceased, to St. Michael's Catholic Church in Frost-
