1716 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Church of Washington County, all incorporated and con-
stituting what is known as "The Clearspring Pastorate of the
Maryland Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church," the
said deed being dated October 8, 1912, and recorded in Liber
No. 139, folio 728, one of the Land Records of Washington
County.

25. To the following bequests: (a) $5,000.00 unto the Evan-
gelical Reformed Church of Frederick, Maryland; (b) $5,000.00
unto the Society for the Relief of Ministers and their Widows
of the Reformed Church in the United States; (c) $2,000.00
unto the Board of Home Missions of the Reformed Church in
the United States; (d) $500.00 unto the Board of Commis-
sioners for Foreign Missions of the Reformed Church in the
United States; (e) $500.00 unto the Board of Education of
the Eastern Synod of the Reformed Church in the United
States; (f) and unto the bequest of $500.00 unto the Board of
Education of the Synod of the Potomac of the Reformed Church
in the United States, as contained in the last will and testament
of Margaret E. S. Hood, widow of James M. Hood, late of
Frederick County, Maryland, deceased, dated May 20th, 1910;
and to the two bequests in amount $2,000.00 each, in all $4,-
000.00, unto the Evangelical Reformed Church of Frederick,
Maryland, as contained in the codocil to said last will and testa-
ment of said Margaret E. S. Hood, dated November, 1911, said
last will and testament and codicil thereto being recorded in
Liber S. D. T. No. 1, folio 84, &c., one of the Will Records of
Frederick County, Maryland.

26. To the bequest of $500.00 to the Old School Baptist
Meeting House and grounds (called the Harford Church) in
Harford County, Maryland, as contained in the last will and
testament of Sarah Varnes, late of Harford County, deceased,
which will is now of record in the office of the Register of Wills
of Harford County in Liber J. M. M. No. 11, folio 83.

27. To the following grants, sales, leases and deeds of a
certain piece or parcel of land in Baltimore City, made by
various persons to and for the use and benefit of the Vestry
of the Reformed Episcopal Church of the Redeemer of the
City of Baltimore, a religious corporation, duly incorporated
under the laws of the State of Maryland, as follows: (a) To
a certain lease from Henry D. Loney, Trustee, to the Vestry
of the Reformed Episcopal Church of the Redeemer of the
City of Baltimore, dated August 19th, 1875, and recorded among
