PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, GOVERNOR. 1715

20. To the deed of a lot of ground in Baltimore County,
State of Maryland, from Frank Weiss and Martha Weiss, his
wife, to the Trustees of Saint Peter's German Evangelical
Lutheran Congregation of the Unaltered Augsburg Confession
of Baltimore County, the corporate name of which is The Evan-
gelical Lutheran St. Peter Congregation of the Unaltered Augs-
burg Confession, in Baltimore County, State of Maryland; said
deed bearing date May 29th, 1908, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County, State of Maryland, in Liber
W. P'. C. No. 320, folio 494, etc., with power to hold said lot of
ground in fee simple and to sell, dispose of, mortgage or lease
the same or any part of the same.

21. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground,
and the improvements thereon, in the City of Baltimore, on the
east side of Carrollton Avenue, about one hundred and eighty-
eight feet and three inches north of Edmonson Avenue, and
having a front of eighteen feet on Carrollton Avenue and a
depth of one hundred and sixty feet and two inches to Carlton
Street, to "The Trustees of St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal
Church South in the City of Baltimore," a body corporate,
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland,
by Charles R. Becker and Mary A. D. Becker, his wife, by their
deed dated the 18th day of November, 1912, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 2781, folio 311, and that fee simple title vest pursuant
to said deed absolutely in said corporation, its successors and
assigns, to its own and their own use and behoof.

22. To the conveyance from James Mackubin Pue, Trustee,
and others, to "The Vestry of Saint Mark's Church," of a
parcel of land containing one acre and twenty-six square perches
of land, more or less, situated in Howard County, by deed
dated the 27th day of December, 1913, and left for record with
the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said Howard County, on
the 24th day of January, 1914.

23. To the bequest of $500.00 to Holy Cross Protestant
Episcopal Church in Harford County, in the State of Maryland,
contained in the last will and testament of Sallie A. Stansbury,
late of Harford County, deceased.

24. To the deed of conveyance executed by George B. Young,
and Amelia E. Young, his wife, to St. Peter's Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Clearspring, St. Paul's Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of Wilson District and Mt. Tabor Lutheran
