1714 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Nursery of Hagerstown; (c) to the bequest of $400.00 to the
Vestry of St. John's Parish, Washington County, for the endow-
ment fund; and (d) to the bequest of $400.00 to the Railroad
Young Men's Christian Association Hospital in Hagerstown.

14. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of R. E. Taney, late of Washington County, deceased:
(a) To the bequest of $1,000.00 unto the Archbishop of Balti-
more, or his successor, with the request that he use it for the
benefit of Peter's Catholic Church in Hancock, in the State of
Maryland, in such manner and for such purpose or purposes
as he may deem best; and (b) to the bequest of $1,000.00 to
the Sisters of Mercy in Baltimore City, Maryland, in charge of
Mercy Hospital (formerly Baltimore City Hospital), for hos-
pital purposes.

15. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of John F. Kreigh, late of Washington County, deceased, of the
sum of $50.00 to the priest in charge of Saint Mary's Catholic
Church in Hagerstown, Maryland, to be used in his discretion
for saying masses for the repose of testator's soul.

16. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Catherine A. Rickenbaugh, late of Washington County, de-
ceased, of the sum of $100.00 unto Zion Reformed Church Cem-
etery Fund.

17. To the bequest of $200.00 unto St. Andrew's Catholic
Church, Waynesboro, Pa., contained in the last will and testa-
ment of John D. Funnuiry, late of Washington County, de-
ceased.

18. To the bequest of $100.00 unto St. Paul's Methodist
Episcopal Church of Hagerstown, Md., contained in the last
will and testament of Margaret E. Semler, late of Washington
County, deceased.

19. To the following deeds to the Convention of the Protest-
ant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland, and the hold-
ing, selling, mortgaging or otherwise disposing of the property
thereby conveyed: (a) to the deed from William Heald and
others, dated June 3rd, 1913, and recorded in Liber S. C. L.
No. 2834, folio 279, etc., one of the Land Records of Baltimore
City; (b) to the deed from Henry S. West and wife, dated Octo-
ber 11th, 1911, and recorded in Liber S. C. L. No. 2692, folio
301, etc., one of the Land Records of Baltimore City.
