SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of the State,
on the warrant of the Comptroller, shall disburse the said sum
or sums of money herein appropriated for the objects and pur-
poses aforesaid, to or upon the order of the Governor.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 122.
AN ACT to prohibit the sale of spirituous or fermented liquor
within one mile of Saint John's Protestant Episcopal Church
in the Village of Kingsville, in Election District No. 11 of
Baltimore County, in the State of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall not be lawful for the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Baltimore County, or any other person or persons,
who may be authorized by any Act of the General Assembly of
Maryland, to issue licenses for the sale of spirituous or fer-
mented liquors in Baltimore County, Maryland, to issue any
such license to any person or persons or body corporate to sell
spirituous or fermented liquors nearer than one mile in all
directions from Saint John's Protestant Episcopal Church in
the Village of Kingsville, in Election District No. 11 of Balti-
more County, Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 123.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the Treasurer of the State of
Maryland and the County Commissioners of Washington
County to refund to H. C. Bond and John J. Gibbons, part-
ners, trading as Bond & Gibbons, a portion of the money paid
by them for a license to sell spirituous and fermented liquors
and lager beer and for a license to keep an ordinary.
WHEREAS, H. C. Bond and John J. Gibbons, partners, trading
as Bond & Gibbins, on the 19th day of June, 1913, paid Edward
