mission Agency, $97.00; W. H. Moore & Company, $90.00;
Turner and Owens, $120.00; A. Schumacher & Company,
$42.00; Von Kapff & Arens, Inc., $31.00; Henry Lauts & Com-
pany, $74.00; J. D. Kremelberg & Company, $65.00, and E. C.
Geyer & Co., $12.00, making a total of $575.00 paid to the said
State; and,

WHEREAS, It is right and proper that the same should be re-
funded to these parties from the Treasury of Maryland, the said
amounts having been paid therein by the several parties afore-
mentioned.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the State be and he is hereby
directed to draw his warrant on the Treasurer in favor of the
Rawlings-Talbott Company for $44.00; Maryland Commission
Agency for $97.00; W. H. Moore & Company for $90.00; Tur-
ner and Owens for $120.00; A. Schumacher & Company for
$42.00; Von Kapff & Arens, Inc., $31.00; Henry Lauts & Com-
pany, $74.00; J. D. Kremelberg & Company for $65.00 and E. C.
Geyer & Co. for $12.00, and that the Treasurer shall pay the
same from any moneys in hand not otherwise appropriated.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved March 24th, 1914.

CHAPTER 121.

"AN ACT to provide for the purchase, maintenance and opera-
tion of a motor vehicle for the use of the Governor of Mary-
land in the performance of his official duties."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of three thousand dollars, or so much thereof
as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated
out of the monies of the State not otherwise appropriated, for
the purchase of a motor vehicle for the use of the Governor of
Maryland in the performance of his official duties; the further
sum of two thousand dollars or so much thereof as may be
necessary, for the maintenance and operation thereof during
the calendar year 1914, and the further sum of three thousand
dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary for the main-
tenance and operation thereof during the calendar year 1915.
