PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, GOVERNOR. 1515

of a lot of ground situated in Baltimore City on the south side
of Penrose Avenue and fully described in a deed from the
said Exchange Permanent Building and Loan Association of
Baltimore City to St. Luke's Reformed Church of Baltimore
City, bearing date the 29th of November, 1913, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No.
2863, folio 489, etc., and to the holding of said lot by said cor-
poration under said conveyance.

(74) To the devise to the Mt. Vernon Methodist Protestant
Church, a corporation, in the town of Sharptown, Wicomico
County, Maryland, of a house and lot in said town of Sharp-
town, more particularly described in a deed from Minnie M.
English and Jerome M. English, her husband, to Augusta A.
Brown, dated the 6th of May, 1908, and recorded among the
Land Records of Wicomico County, in Liber EAT No. 58, folio
80, said devise being contained in item one of the last will and
testament of Augusta A. Riggin, late of Wicomico County, Md.,
deceased, and recorded in Wills Liber LJG No. 1, folio 487, one
of the Wills Records of the Orphans' Court of Wicomico County.

(75) To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Joseph H. Cooper, late of Wicomico County, deceased, of one
house and lot, situated on the north side of Broad Street, in
the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, to the Board of
Trustees of Bethesda Methodist Protestant Church of Salisbury,
Maryland.

(76) To the Deeds to the American Board of Commissioners
of Foreign Missions, incorporated in Massachusetts in 1812,
from John H. Duncan and others; Rogers O. Knight and
others; Henry B. Vogel and Jane B. Moore Bristor, bearing
date respectively, July 8th, 1909, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 2516, folio 311,
etc.; July 8th, 1909, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 2516, folio 364, etc., Septem-
ber 14th, 1909, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber SCL No. 2516, folio 197, etc., and July
26th, 1909, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber SCL No. 2516, folio 311, etc., and also the deed
from Henry Hirst to the American Board of Foreign Missions
of Boston, Massachusetts, incorporated, bearing date February
21st, 1910, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber SCL No. 2576, folio 443, etc.
