1516 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

(77) To the Deeds from Jane B. Moore Bristor to the Wo-
man's Foreign Missionary Society of the Presbyterian Church
of Philadelphia, a body corporate, dated November 29th, 1911,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber SCL No. 2703, folio 339, etc., and February 20th, 1914,
and recorded among the Land Records as aforesaid in Liber
SCL No. 2880, folio 406, etc.

(78) To the deed from Jane B. Moore Bristor to Anna L.
Kuhn for life, with remainder to the Board of Missions for
Freedmen of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of
America conveying two ground rents, one for $26.00 issuing
out of a lot on Dallas Street, and the other for $18.00 issuing
out of a lot on Bevan Street, said deed being dated February
25th, 1914, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber SCL No. 2883, folio 389, etc,

(79) To the deed dated August 9th, 1910, from Jane B.
Moore Bristor to Anna L. Kuhn for life, remainder to the Board
of Home Missions of the Presbyterian Church of the United
States of America, recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber SCL No. 2600, folio 408, etc.

(80) To the deed from Jane B. Moore Bristor to Anna L.
Kuhn for life, remainder to the Women's Foreign Missionary
Society of the Presbyterian Church of Philadelphia, dated Sep-
tember 22nd, 1911, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 2687, folio 183, etc.

SECTION 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 16th, 1914.

CHAPTER 807.

AN ACT to provide for the erection of a public school house in
Capitol Heights, Prince George's County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the School Board of Prince George's County is hereby
authorized and directed to purchase a lot or lots and erect and
furnish in the town of Capitol Heights, Eighteenth District,
Prince George's County, Maryland, a public school building to
be used for public school purposes for the pupils from Capitol
