1514 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

(69) To the deed from Alcaeus Hooper and wife to the
Roland Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church, dated April 9th,
A. D. 1889, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber JB No. 1236, folio 514, etc.

(70) To the bequest under the last will and testament and
codicil of "William H. M. Russell, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, to the '' Person who shall for the time being be the Bishop
of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Mary-
land."

(71) To the deed from Jane B. Moore Bristor to Anna L.
Kuhn for life, with remainder to the Board of Missions for
Freedmen of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of
America conveying two ground rents, one for $26.00 issuing
out of a lot on Dallas Street, and the other for $18.00 issuing
out of a lot on Bevan Street, said deed being dated February
25th, 1914, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber SCL No. 2883, folio 327, etc.

(72) To the bequests, gifts and devises contained in the last
will and testament of Michael J. Sweeney, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber HWJ No. 117, folio 296 :

(a) To the bequest of four thousand dollars to Reverend John
A. Boyd, now stationed at St. Peter's Catholic Church, corner
of Hollins and Poppleton Streets, Baltimore City, Maryland;

(b) to the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Most Reverend
James Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore for
the time being, and his successors in the Archepiscopal See of
Baltimore, according to the discipline and government of the
Roman Catholic Church, a corporation sole; (c) to the devise
and bequest of all the rest, residue and remainder of the estate
of Michael J. Sweeney, of every kind and description and where-
soever situate, to the Most Reverend James Gibbons, Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the time being, and his
successors in the Archepiscopal See of Baltimore, according to
the discipline and government of the Roman Catholic Church,
a corporation sole, and to the holding of the lots of ground
thereby devised and the sale, mortgage or other disposition
thereof.

(73) To the deed, sale and grant by the Exchange Permanent

Building and Loan Association of Baltimore City to the St.

Luke's Reformed Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate,

duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland,
