PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, GOVERNOR. 1513

(66) To the deed made on the 20th day of May, 1912, by
William M. Pennebacker, of the City of Baltimore, State of
Maryland, to S. Rebecca Thomas, of the City of Baltimore,
State of, Maryland, for and during the term of her natural life
as set forth therein, and from and after her death to the Min-
ister, Consistry or Trustee of the Third German Reformed
Church in the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland, its' suc-
cessors or assigns, said deed being recorded on the 18th day of
June, 1912, in Liber SCL No. 2747, folio 450, one of the Land
Records of Baltimore City.

(67) To the deed from Jane B. Moore Bristor to the Board of
Home Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the United States
of America, a religious corporation, incorporated under the
laws of the State of New York, dated September 28th, 1910,
and recorded in the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
SCL No. 2652, folio 481, etc.; (a) and to a deed from Jane B.
Moore Bristor to the Board of Foreign Mission of the Presby-
terian Church in the United States of America, a religious cor-
poration, incorporated under the laws of the State of New
York, dated September 28th, 1910, and recorded in the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 2652, folio 473, etc.

(68) To a deed dated the 4th day of August, 1911, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
SCL No. 2678, folio 318, etc., from Jane B. Moore Bristor to
"The Board of Missions for Freedmen of the United States of
America under the General Assembly of the Presbyterian
Church in the United States having Headquarters in Pitts-
burg." A deed dated on the 13th day of September, 1911, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
SCL No. 2687, folio 182, etc., from Jane B. Moore Bristor to
"Board of Missions for Freedmen of the Presbyterian Church
in the United States of America." A deed dated on the 30th
day of October, 1911, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 2696, folio 306, etc., from
Jane B. Moore Bristor to Anna L. Kuhn for life, with re-
mainder to "The Board of Missions for Freedmen of the Pres-
byterian Church in the United States of America." A deed
dated the 13th day of June, 1912, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 2746, folio 481,
etc., from Jane B. Moore Bristor to Anna L. Kuhn for life,
with remainder to the "Board of Missions for Freedmen of the
Presbyterian Church in the United States of America."
