1512 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

and deed made and executed by Jacob Max et al. to the said
Trustees of the Lee Street Baptist Church and described as fol-
lows: Beginning for the same on the line of the south side of
Warren Avenue, formerly called Warren Street, at a distance
of two hundred and five feet westerly from the corner formed
by the intersection of the lines of the west side of William
Street, and south side of Warren Avenue and running thence
westerly on Warren Street fifteen feet thence southerly parallel
with William Street one hundred and three feet more or less
to the north line of a lot now or formerly owned by John S.
Giddings, thence easterly parallel with Warren Street fifteen
feet and thence northerly parallel with William Street one
hundred and three feet more or less to the place of beginning,
subject to leaving open a space of twenty feet in depth along
the south side of said lot, towards forming a twenty-foot alley
for the benefit of this and adjoining lots. Said deed bears date
the 2nd July, 1913, and wherein same by separate deed Hester
Bains released all of her right, title and interest of dower in
and to the same, and it is recorded among the land records of
Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 2830, folio 169 and 218, and
to the grant and deed made and executed by Robert H. P. Ellis
and wife et al. to the said Trustees of the Lee Street Baptist
Church of Baltimore City, and described as follows: Begin-
ning for the same on the south side of Warren Street, now
Warren Avenue, at a distance of one hundred and ninety feet
westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
lines of the west side of William Street and the south side of
Warren Street, now Warren Avenue, and running thence wes-
terly on Warren fifteen feet, thence southerly parallel with
William Street, one hundred and three feet more or less to the
northern line of a lot owned by John S. Giddings, thence eas-
terly parallel with Warren Street fifteen feet thence northerly
parallel with William Street one hundred and three feet more
or less to the place of beginning, subject, however, to the leav-
ing and cutting up twenty feet in depth and fifteen feet in
width of the above described ground on the south side thereof
towards forming an alley twenty feet wide to connect with an
alley running to Hamburg Street, for the benefit of the lot on
the north and south of said alley. Said deed bears date the 8th
of July, 1913, and is recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber SCL No. 2831, folio 230, etc., with the
right to the said Trustees of the Lee Street Baptist Church of
Baltimore City, a body corporate, to hold, sell, mortgage, lease
or otherwise dispose of these lots of ground aforementioned.
