more County, said deed bearing date the 28th day of February,
1911, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
County in Liber WPC No. 376, folio 35, etc., and subsequently
granted and conveyed by deed made and executed by the said
Liberty Heights Avenue Baptist Society of Baltimore County,
to the Trustees of the Liberty Heights Baptist Church of Balti-
more City, of the lot of ground in Baltimore County described as
follows: Beginning for the same on the north side of Liberty Pike
at the center of Montgomery Avenue, as laid off sixty feet wide,
and running thence northwesterly and bounding on the north-
east side of Liberty Pike one hundred and sixty-five feet and
thence northeasterly parallel with Gwynn Oak Avenue one hun-
dred and ten feet, and thence southeasterly parallel with Liberty
Pike one hundred and sixty-five feet to the centre of Mont-
gomery Avenue and thence southwesterly parallel with Gwynn
Oak Avenue and through the center of Montgomery Avenue,
one hundred and ten feet to the place of beginning.
Said deed bears date 22nd April, 1913, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County, in Liber WPC No. 411, folio
234, etc., with the right of holding, selling, mortgaging, leasing
or otherwise disposing of the lot of ground above described to
the Liberty Heights Avenue Baptist Society of Baltimore
County and to the Trustees of the Liberty Heights Baptist
Church in Baltimore County.

(65) To the deed and grant from Jacob Max and Jacob Max
et al., Hester Bains and Robert H. P. Ellis et al. to the Trus-
tees of the Lee Street Baptist Church of Baltimore City of the
lots of ground in Baltimore City, described as follows: Be-
ginning for the same on the south side of Warren Avenue,
about ninety-five feet easterly from Light Street, being de-
scribed as part of Lot 1 No. 20, it being the whole lot, less nine
inches on the plat of Cornelius Howard's property, as made by
William George Reid, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County, now City, and running thence easterly
bounding on Warren Street now Warren Avenue fourteen feet
three inches, thence southerly parallel with Light Street eighty
feet more or less to a ten-foot alley laid out on the lot afore-
said, thence westerly binding on said fourteen feet three inches
thence northerly parallel with Light Street eighty feet to the
place of beginning. Subject to the payment of the yearly rent
of $28.50; said deed bears date the 2nd of July, 1913, and of
record among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL
No. 2830, folio 171, etc.; beginning for the second to the grant
