1510 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Debusky (also known as Charles Debuskey and as Charles Du-
bowski), bearing date April 7th, 1911, and duly probated and
of record in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City in Wills Liber HWJ No. 110, folio 287, etc., to the Russian
Congregation B'nai Israel of Baltimore City.

(61) To the deed, sale, grant and conveyance in the deed from
Harry Zox and Rebecca Zox, his wife, to the Trustees of the
First Gallacian Congregation Magen Abraham B'nai Franke!
Anshe Litowsk of Baltimore City (also known as Congregation
Morgan Abraham), of the lot or parcel of ground situate in
Baltimore County, together with the use in common of the
private road and the structure known as the "Ohel" therein
mentioned, and more particularly described in said deed from
said Harry Zox and Rebecca Zox, his wife, to the said The Trus-
tees of the First Gallacian Congregation Magen Abraham B 'nai
Frankel Anshe Litowsk of Baltimore City (also known as Con-
gregation Morgan Abraham), dated the 12th day of December,
1912, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
County in Liber WPG No. 404, folio 444, etc.

(62) To the deed, sale, grant and conveyance in a deed from
Anna M. Weilbrenner and Peter Weinbrenner, her husband,
to the Russian Congregation B'nai Israel of Baltimore City of
the lot of ground situate in Baltimore County, and more par-
ticularly described in said deed to the Russian Congregation
B'nai Israel of Baltimore City, dated the 13th day of April,
1910, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
County in Liber WPG No. 360, folio 109, etc.

(63) To the following bequests and devises contained in the
last will and testament of George Gunther, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, dated May 23rd, 1911, and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
HWJ No. 113, folio 485, etc.; (a) To the General German
Orphan Association of Baltimore City, the sum of one hundred
dollars; (b) to the Saint Anthony's Orphan Asylum of Balti-
more City, located at Nos. 925 to 941 North Central Avenue,
Baltimore City, the sum of five hundred dollars; (c) to the
Saint Joseph's Hospital and Free Dispensary of Baltimore City,
located at the corner of Caroline and Hoffman Streets, Balti-
more City, the sum of four hundred dollars; (d) to the German
Society of Maryland, the sum of one hundred dollars.

(64) To the deed, sale, grant and conveyance from Esther J.
Davis to the Liberty Heights Avenue Baptist Society of Balti-
