Mary L. Drury, his wife, to James Cardinal Gibons, Archbishop
of Baltimore, and his successors in the See of the Roman
Catholic Church, a corporation sole, dated October 3rd, 1912,
and recorded October 8th, 1912, in Liber EBA No. 10, folio
337, one of the Land Records of St. Mary's County (b) to the
deed in fee-simple from Charles Abell and M. Corinne Abell,
his wife, to James Cardinal Gibbons, Archbishop of Baltimore,
dated March 7th, 1914, and recorded in Liber EBA No. 12,
folio 253, one of the Land Records of St. Mary's County, said
lot was devised to said Charles Abell under the last will and
testament of James F. Abell; (c) to the deed in fce-simple
from Rev. Lawrence J. Kelley to James Cardinal Gibbons, Arch-
bishop of Baltimore, dated December 30th, 1912, and recorded
in Liber EBA No. 10, folio 450, one of the Land Records of
St. Mary's County, said lot was conveyed by Louis H. Davis
and wife, to said Rev. Lawrence J. Kelley, June 22nd, 1912.

therein mentioned and more particularly described in said deed

Achim Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City, dated the 12th
of December, 1912, and recorded among 'the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber WPC No. 404, folio 440, etc.
(59) To the deed, sale, grant and conveyance from John P.
Brandau and Lillian R. Brandau, his wife, to the First Seventh
Day Adventists Church of Baltimore City, Maryland, a body
corporate, of a certain lot of ground located in Baltimore City,
at the southeast corner of Rosedale Avenue and Herbert Street,
and more particularly described in said deed, which is dated
October 8th, 1912, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 2776, folio 122.
