1502 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

or income thereof to be applied to the support of the Roman
Catholic Church in Meekins Neck, Dorchester County, and the
Roman Catholic Church in said County; (b) to the bequest to
the Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Wilmington, Dela-
ware, and his successors in office, of the sum of two thousand
($2,000.00) dollars, in trust, the same to be safely and securely
invested and the income thereof to be applied to the support
and maintenance of the said Roman Catholic Churches in
Meekins Neck and in Cambridge, in said Dorchester County;
(c) to the bequest to the priest or pastor in charge of the said
Churches at the time of my death, the sum of four hundred
($400.00) dollars.

(40) To the lease to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church in the North Baltimore Station in the City of Balti-
more from Eunice C. Fox, widow, dated June 2nd, 1864, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
AM. No. 253, folio 253, etc., demising and leasing the property
described in said lease for the term of ninety-nine years with a
covenant of renewal forever.

(41) To the devises and bequests as contained in the last
Will and Testament of Edward J. Drinkhouse, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, dated the 22nd day of July, A. D. 1890,
and duly probated in the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of said County
in Liber SRM No. 91, folio 109, etc., (a) to the legacy of one
thousand ($1000.00) dollars to the Maryland Educational En-
dowment Society of the Methodist Protestant Church of Balti-
more City; (b) to the bequest of the residue of siad Testator's
Estate to the Trustees of the Maryland Annual Conference of
the Methodist Protestant Church for the uses and purposes
and upon the terms specified and set forth in said will.

(42) To the gifts, bequests and devises under the last Will
and Testament of Joseph C. Townsend, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, dated December 3rd, 1907, to the Joseph C. Town-
send Home for Aged Friends of the City of Baltimore, incor-
porated.

(43) To the devises and bequests contained in the last Will
and Testament of Isabelle E. Cunningham and Codicils, thereto,
duly probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills for said City in
Liber HWJ No. 116, folio 235, etc., as follows; (a) To the legacy
and bequest in remainder, upon the death of Ella Bruff, as set
